Oscar and BAFTA nominated DOP of Academy Awarded IDA (dir.: Pawel Pawlikowski). Lukasz won multiple best cinematography awards for IDA (his feature debut) including Golden Frog at Camerimage 2013 and awards at the 28th Gdynia Film Festival, 29th Warsaw Film Festival, 20th Minsk International Film Festival Listapad, 20th Warsaw Jewish Film Festival, ASC Spotlight Award, Medias Central European Film Festival Award, The San Francisco Film Critics Circle Awards, PSC Award, EFA Award. His second film THE HERE AFTER ("Efterskalv") directed by Magnus von Horn premiered at Cannes 2015 and received 3 awards during the 40th Gdynia Film Festival.
Lukasz is a DOP of Wojciech Kasperski's film THE HIGH FRONTIER selected to the main competition at Gdynia Film Festival 2016 and at Camerimage 2016. Lukasz is the winner of Polish Society of Cinematographers Award for the Best Cinematography for the film ICON directed by Wojciech Kasperski, funded by Chimney Poland. ICON is also presented in Documentary Features Competition at Camerimage 2016.

Lukasz is a member of Polish Society of Cinematographers (PSC).
